White Paper on Expected Energy Resulting from ADS Dispatchpdf 2783K Summary:Market Design 2002 Phase 1B, Expected Energy Resulting from ADS Dispatch, Version 1.10 (White Paper), Automated Dispatch System (ADS) Extract:The purpose of this white paper is to describe and present information associated with resource dispatch instructions through ADS and how this information relates to the expected trajectory and energy output of these resources. With the implementation of Phase 1B, Real Time Unit Commitment (RTC) and Real time Dispatch (RTD), combined with ADS and other applications are known as the Real-Time Market Applications (RTMA) system. As part of Phase 1B, RTMA will be introduced as the dispatching engine replacing the existing BEEP, while RTC will provide short term commitment and pre-dispatch functions. ADS will continue to maintain the key role of a messaging system to transmit instructions to participating resources. In addition, ADS will also send out tie pre-dispatch instructions and short-term commitment information. Document Locations: |
