| A register of transmission facilities within the California ISO Control Area. In accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the California ISO is to provide limited access to the Register of Transmission Facilities and Entitlements (RTFE) to market participants with a demonstrated, legitimate business need for such access in accordance with specified screening procedures (FERC Order issued Jan 24, 2003, Docket No. ER03-219). RTFE information is treated as critical energy infrastructure information. | |
