The Tariff is current through November 29, 2004. Currently effective language from Tariff Amendments and compliance filings which FERC has approved is shown in clean copy. Pending language from compliance filings that FERC has not ruled on as of November 29, 2004, but whose proposed effective date has already arrived, is shown in highlight.
Note that where such pending compliance filing language will supersede currently approved language, it will be necessary to consult previous versions of the Tariff to see the full text of the language superseded by the highlighted pending language.
The Tariff does not include Tariff Amendments submitted to the Commission but not yet approved (e.g. Amendment 64, etc.).
This version updates the October 1, 2004 version of the Conformed Tariff to reflect:

Minor additional changes made in two Compliance Filings made Nov. 24; one in the Amendment 48 docket (see 109 FERC 61,098) (reflected in highlight on page 148A in PDF document 03); and one in the EL00-95 docket concerning the Must-Offer Obligation (see 109 FERC 61,078) (reflected on pages 184D.01 and 184E.01 in PDF document 03, and in the rejection of language previously shown in a supplementary tab on the 12/15/03 MOO Compliance Filing ). Previously posted versions of the Conformed Tariff have been accompanied by tabbed supplementary sections showing language which had been approved by FERC but had not yet gone into effect. As of November 29, all previous tabbed supplementary sections have now gone into effect (MRTU, O&I, SCUC applications) or been rejected by FERC (12/15/03 MOO compliance filing) so there are no remaining supplementary tabs.
