The Tariff is current through October 1, 2004. Currently effective language from Tariff Amendments and compliance filings which FERC has approved is shown in clean copy. Pending language from compliance filings that FERC has not ruled on as of October 1, 2004, but whose proposed effective date has already arrived, is shown in highlight.
Note that where such pending compliance filing language will supersede currently approved language, it will be necessary to consult previous versions of the Tariff to see the full text of the language superseded by the highlighted pending language.
The Tariff does not include Tariff Amendments submitted to the Commission but not yet approved as of October 1, 2004 (e.g. Amendments 62, 63, etc.).
This version updates the September 16, 2004 version of the Conformed Tariff to reflect the implementation of MRTU Phase 1B on October 1, 2004, and the consequent coming into effect of numerous tariff provisions relating to Phase 1B. The ISO gave notice of its intent to implement Phase 1B market changes in a Notice to Market Participants which, on September 17, 2004, was posted on the ISO website, sent to all Market Participants via electronic mail, and filed with FERC in the proceedings concerning Amendment Nos. 54, 58 and 62 (Docket Nos. ER03-1046, ER04-609, and ER04-1087.) This version of the Conformed Tariff includes 202 tariff sheets which have been amended or added since the previous version. A PDF document containing only these newly amended and added sheets can be found posted below, immediately following the Combined Tariff PDF document.
Following the Tariff itself, four tabbed supplementary sections (corresponding to the ISO’s Amendment 55 Oversight & Investigations filings, the December 15, 2003 Must-Offer Obligation compliance filing, the Amendment 60 provisions on Allocation of Minimum Load Costs, and new Section 5.11.6.2 on Security Constrained Unit Commitment (SCUC) applications, respectively) are provided which include language which is not effective as of October 1, 2004. Tariff language that is approved but not yet effective is included in the clean copy of these supplementary sections; Tariff language from pending compliance filings is shown in highlight. PLEASE NOTE that the supplementary section containing MRTU Phase 1B tariff language, formerly designated Tab 1, has been removed, due to the incorporation of all such MRTU tariff sheets into the Conformed Tariff; consequently, all the remaining supplementary Tabs have been renumbered. It is thus important, when comparing Tabs accompanying different versions of the Conformed Tariff, to take note of the substantive headings in addition to the Tab numbers.
