There are four basic types of Imbalance Energy—Instructed Imbalance Energy, Uninstructed Imbalance Energy, Unaccounted For Energy and Transmission Loss. This set of Settlement charges/payments account for the imbalances (deviations) between scheduled energy and metered power flows. A Scheduling Coordinator’s (SC) final accepted energy schedule are compared against the corresponding meter data to determine if the SC: •Generated or imported more energy than its schedule. •Generated or imported less energy than its schedule. •Consumed or exported less energy than its schedule. •Consumed or exported more energy than its schedule.
