The following posting is of the ISO Tariff as modified by previously posted Amendments that have, except as explained below as regards proposed Amendment No. 7, now been accepted for filing by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"), in orders issued on March 27 1 and March 30, 2 1998.
This posting is intended to apprise the public of the current terms of the ISO Tariff following the Amendment process that commenced in February 1998.
Amendment No. 1, originally filed with FERC on February 19, and docketed as Nos. EC96-19-014 and ER96-1663-015, was accepted by FERC with modifications and is therefore incorporated herein as so modified.
Amendment No. 4, originally filed with FERC on March 3, and docketed as Nos. EC96-19-017 and ER96-1663-018, was accepted by FERC without modification and is therefore incorporated herein in its entirety. Amendment No. 5, originally filed with FERC on March 3, and docketed as Nos. EC96-19-018 and ER96-1663-019, was accepted by FERC without modification and is therefore incorporated herein in its entirety.
Amendment No. 6, originally filed with FERC on March 23, and docketed as Nos. EC96-19-021 and ER96-1663-022, was accepted by FERC with modifications and is therefore incorporated herein as so modified.
Amendment No. 6 includes certain temporary measures that will affect Tariff provisions for a limited period of time. These temporary changes are shown in bold italics, with underlining for temporary additions and strikethrough for temporary deletions.
Proposed Amendment No. 7 was filed with FERC on March 31, 1998 and has, as yet, not been acted upon by FERC. The proposed Amendment No. 7 changes therefore are shown for information only, with underlining for proposed additions and strikethrough for proposed deletions.
