California ISO Conformed Tariff as of October 8, 2003

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The Tariff is current through October 8, 2003. It includes all currently effective language from FERC-approved Tariff Amendments and compliance filings made consistent with FERC Orders. The Tariff does not include Tariff Amendments submitted to the Commission but not yet approved (e.g. Amendment 54, etc�).

Tariff Amendment 51 (Wall-Off; ER03-746) has been accepted by FERC but not effective until the earlier of November 14, 2003 or a date specified in a further Commission Order in that docket. Tariff Amendment 55 (Oversight & Investigation; ER03-1102) has been accepted by FERC but not effective until February 21, 2004, subject to further Commission Order. Tariff sheets from these Amendments can be found immediately following the corresponding currently effective sheets, with the new language that has been accepted but is not yet effective, shown in highlight.

Please note that Amendment 55 includes an entirely new Enforcement Protocol . The entire protocol is shown in highlight, to indicate its currently accepted but not yet effective status.
