Summary:

The purpose of the Specification is to inform parties (Suppliers) interested in supplying RIGs to Generators of the technical requirements that the RIG must meet. The Specifications provide the minimum functional and performance requirements for the RIG. All requirements in the Specifications are intended to assure the expected life cycles, security, accuracy, reliability and minimum maintenance requirements of the RIG.
