This technical standard is applicable to all Participating Generators' Generating Units providing Non-AGC Ancillary Services in the ISO markets.

Extract:

Unless granted a temporary exemption by the ISO, a Generator providing Non-AGC Ancillary Services must install equipment and software (e.g., a Data Processing Gateway (DPG)) that can interface with the ISO's Energy Management System (EMS) to supply telemetered data.
