This technical standard is applicable to all Participating Generators' Generating Units providing AGC Regulation in the ISO Ancillary Services markets.

Generators providing AGC services must install, in accordance with Section 6 hereof, equipment and software (a RIG or equivalent acceptable to the ISO) that can interface with the ISO’s Energy Management System (EMS) to supply telemetered data.
