I suspect it probably captures some misunderstandings that others share with you, so I’ve provided some comments and clarifications in response to your examples and questions, highlighted below. As you will see, the results you obtain are due to the highly simplified nature of the example and the way you have chosen some of the numbers, particularly the energy bids, as well as some incorrect assumptions about how CRR allocations and settlements work. Hopefully your example and my responses will help clarify the ISO’s proposal for all stakeholders.
