Submittal of late or invalid Schedules results in ISO Markets closing after the scheduled closing times, resulting in insufficient time for the ISO to complete its congestion management and unit commitment processes, post final Schedules, and to convey information to neighboring control areas.

The Late Schedules Reports summarize Scheduling Coordinators that failed to submit valid Schedules by the applicable deadlines specified in the ISO Tariff. The reports also identify instances where ISO system problems caused a Market to close late.
