CRR Conference Call and CRR BPM Draft

Summary
The CAISO is initiating a weekly conference call with
interested market participants to discuss general CRR issues beginning July 23,
2008. The CAISO has posted draft language for one section of the
BPM for CRRs. A separate conference call related to Load Migration to discuss
the details of the CRR BPM draft, is scheduled for Friday, July 25.

The California ISO (CAISO) will host a weekly Congestion
Revenue Rights (CRR) conference call on Wednesdays. This is an opportunity for
CRR Candidate Holders to ask general questions regarding the 2009 CRR process.

The CAISO has posted draft language for one section of the
Business Practice Manual (BPM) for CRRs, which pertains to Load Migration
(Section 7.2.3 of CRR BPM), to help affected entities understand the
implementation of the load migration process. Draft language for this section
is posted at http://www.caiso.com/1840/1840b23c226f0.html.
General questions and concerns regarding the draft language of BPM for CRRs may
be discussed at the July 23, 2008 conference call. An additional
conference call scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2008 will discuss the draft
language in-depth. An entire draft version of the BPM will be posted during the
week of July 28, 2008.
