California ISO (CAISO) will hold a joint stakeholder and MSC meeting to discuss
the MRTU software parameter values to be used for uneconomic adjustments of
self-schedules. The CAISO will post a paper describing the proposed
parameter values on July 23, 2008. The CAISO has posted a draft agenda
