Summary:

Pursuant to the CAISO's Import Capability Assignment Process (CAISO Tariff Section 40.5.2.2.1), Scheduling Coordinators (SCs) for Load Serving Entities (LSEs) or Market Participants that transfer Remaining Import Capability under Step 8 or wish to assign Remaining Import Capability to a branch group under Steps 9 and 11, must submit the required information to: reliabilityrequirements@caiso.com.
