The CAISO has completed the review of Transitional Capacity
Payment Mechanism (TCPM) designations for two resources that occurred on June
2, 2008 and has posted additional information regarding the designations to its
website.

As required by CAISO Tariff section 43.6.2, the California
ISO (CAISO) is required to produce a designation report within 30 days of each
TCPM designation, along with an accompanying Market Notice. CAISO has
completed the review of TCPM designations for two resources that occurred on
June 2, 2008.
