MRTU Readiness Update

CAISO and market participants continue to prepare for the February 1, 2009 launch of the Market Redesign and Technology Upgrade (MRTU) program. MRTU functionality and processes are essentially complete, with market systems demonstrating high levels of availability and performance, and producing quality results. This level of stability and performance provides a solid simulation environment for market participants and gives them four months to finalize technology and processes to prepare their staff for the February 1 launch. | Abstract
