Preliminary List of 2009 CRR Source/Sink APNodes

Summary

The CAISO has posted the preliminary List of 2009 CRR Source and Sink APNodes to its website.  CRR participants must submit a completed Schedule A and declaration by close of business July 14.

Main Text

The California ISO (CAISO) must collect and verify Load Serving Entities' (LSEs) and Out-of-Balancing Authority Area Load Serving Entities' (OBAALSEs) submitted sources for the 2009 Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Allocation process.  CRR participants must submit their sources using the 2009 CRR Data Templates and Source Declarations. 

 

The CAISO has posted the preliminary List of 2009 CRR Source and Sink APNodes to its website so CRR participants can complete the Schedule A and the Sink Verification tab of the 2009 CRR Data Template.  CAISO will post updates to the List as more current information is made available.

 

LSEs will need to submit a completed 2009 CRR Data Template and a fully executed copy of the 2009 CRR Source Verification Declaration.

 

OBAALSEs will need to submit a completed 2009 CRR OBAALSE Data Template and a fully executed copy of 2009 OBAALSE CRR Source Declaration.

 

The 2009 CRR Data Template submission window is from July 1, 2008 to July 14, 2008.  Please send an email to crrdata@caiso.com by close of business July 14 with the completed Schedule A and declaration attached.  Data templates that are submitted without the declaration will not be accepted.
