Summary
The 2008 Firm Transmission Rights (FTR) auction results and
the New Participating Transmission Owner (NPTO) converted rights are available
on the Secondary Registration System (SRS). SC assignments and Trades
that need to be effective July 2008 must be completed no later than 8:00 a.m. on June 30, 2008. ___________________________________________________

The 2008 Firm Transmission Rights (FTR) auction results and
the NPTO converted rights are available on the Secondary Registration System
(SRS) for the FTR term June 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008.
As a reminder, FTR Holders must
register Scheduling Coordinator (SC) assignments for their FTRs in SRS prior to
scheduling the FTRs in the Day-Ahead Market. For example,
