Process Reform (GIPR) Stakeholder Conference Call on June 19, 2008 to
further discuss the timing of the Transition Cluster and proposed modifications
to the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement and Large Generator
Interconnection Study Process Agreement.

The California ISO (CAISO) held a GIPR Stakeholder Meeting
on June 10, 2008 to discuss proposed CAISO Tariff revisions to implement
the GIPR. At the meeting, CAISO reviewed revisions to the Large Generator
Interconnection Procedures, but did not address revisions to either the Large
Generator Interconnection Agreement or the Large Generator Interconnection
Study Process Agreement. In order to discuss these proposed revisions
with stakeholders, as well as to discuss issues regarding the timing of the
Transition Cluster, CAISO will hold a conference call on June 19.
