Update for ADS Download Client

Summary

Users running the ADS Download Client to automatically receive dispatch data must download and install a new trusted.keystore file.  This is only applicable to the ADS Download Client and not the ADS GUI Client, which was previously delivered as version 3.2.0.550.

Users running the Automated Dispatch System (ADS) Download Client to automatically receive dispatch data must download and install a new trusted.keystore file.  This file must replace the existing trusted.keystore file: 

 

1. Download the trusted.keystore file at:  http://www.caiso.com/1fc8/1fc8a40338c00.keystore
2. Rename the file to trusted.keystore
3. Save the file in the ADS Download Client\cert folder (replacing the existing file)

 

Please note the ADS Download Client was originally provided during the Phase 1b implementation to assist users in creating an Application Programming Interface (API).  The provided ADS Download Client can be used in addition to the ADS GUI Client, but is not intended to replace it.  Please refer to the ADS Client Update Procedures for more information.
