Summary
The Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) has requested from the CAISO certain data and information in connection with its West-wide System Model (WSM) project. The due date for any objections to the CAISO’s release of the Confidential Information under the Agreement is Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. PDT.

WECC has requested from the California ISO (CAISO) the following data and information in connection with its West-wide System Model (WSM) project:
· Links to WECC of EMS Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) object ID mapping to SCADA names and the ICCP sources for the data
· Contingency definitions as defined in the network applications contingency analysis application
· Updated Common Information Model (CIM) network model
Any Market Participant that objects to the release of this data to WECC and the other parties to the Agreement must submit by Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. PDT a court order or other appropriate order that prohibits the release of the information. Unless the CAISO receives such an order by that date, the CAISO will thereafter proceed with the production of the data to WECC, under the terms of the Interim Non-Disclosure, Use of Information, and License Agreement (Agreement) with AREVA T&D Inc. (AREVA), WECC, the Rocky-Mountain-Desert Southwest Reliability Coordinator (RDRC), and the Pacific Northwest Security Coordinator (PNSC) dated June 4, 2007.
