Summary:

The CAISO has posted a template for stakeholders to submit comments on the Straw Proposal for Convergence Bidding Cost Allocation discussed at the February 8 MSC/Stakeholder Meeting. Please submit comments by February 29, 2008. The CAISO has scheduled a conference call on March 10, 2008 to further discuss cost allocation to convergence bids.
