Summary:  The CAISO has posted a template for stakeholders to submit comments on the Straw Proposal for Convergence Bidding Cost Allocation discussed at the February 8 MSC/Stakeholder Meeting.  Please submit comments by February 29, 2008.  The CAISO has scheduled a conference call on March 10, 2008 to further discuss cost allocation to convergence bids.

Main Text:  On February 8, 2008 the California ISO (CAISO) hosted a Market Surveillance Committee (MSC)/ Stakeholder meeting to discuss the Straw Proposal for Convergence Bidding Cost Allocation and requested written comments. 

 

As a follow up to this discussion, the CAISO has posted a Stakeholder Comment Matrix to its website and requests stakeholders use the template to submit written comments on the Straw Proposal to convergencebidding@caiso.com by close of business on Friday, February 29, 2008.
