stakeholder input during the February 14 conference call, the California ISO
(CAISO) has posted revised Declined Predispatched Intertie Bids draft tariff
language for stakeholder comment. The CAISO will be filing with FERC
tariff language in both the currently effective tariff and the MRTU Tariff on
or before Friday, February 29, 2008. The document is located on the CAISO
