Main Text:  The California ISO (CAISO) has posted the Declined Predispatched Intertie Bids Draft Tariff Language for stakeholder comment.  The CAISO will be filing tariff language in both the currently effective tariff and the MRTU Tariff.  The document is located on the CAISO website at: http://www.caiso.com/1c72/1c72db9160800.html.  Stakeholders can submit comments to MRTUTariff@caiso.com by close of business Monday, February 11, 2008.
