Summary:  The CAISO has successfully completed the deployment of the new Automated Dispatch System (ADS) Client to support enhanced Query Tool functionality.

Main Text:  The California ISO (CAISO) has successfully completed the deployment of the new ADS Client referenced in the December 20 Market Notice titled “Updated ADS Client with Enhanced Query Tool”.

 

Users who have downloaded ADS Client version 3.1.23.548 will now be able to use the new Query Tool functionality.  Unlike the previous functionality which only allowed views of dispatch information on a batch-by-batch basis, the new Query Tool allows the user to view all historical data within a user-specified date range. The result is more useful query.

 

To view the current version number of ADS installed you can select the Help / About ADS menu.

If you receive an error message when opening the Query Tool portion of the ADS Client, it may be necessary to log out and log back into ADS.
