Summary:  The Department of Market Monitoring has released a white paper presenting the third set of preliminary results for the Competitive Path Assessment.

Main Text:  The Department of Market Monitoring has released a white paper presenting the third set of preliminary results for the Competitive Path Assessment (CPA).  These results reflect adjustments to supplier portfolios resulting from tolling agreements that shift operational and bidding control to other parties. 

 

The California ISO (CAISO) has posted the Competitive Path Assessment for MRTU: Preliminary Results - Release 3 on its website at http://www.caiso.com/docs/2005/07/01/200507011120583480.html. 

 

The CAISO will send a market notice in January announcing a Stakeholder conference call to review the white paper.
