Summary:  The CAISO will host its final half-day stakeholder meeting on November 14, 2007 to further discuss remaining issues related to the CAISO’s compliance with the FERC Order No. 890: Preventing Undue Discrimination and Preference in Transmission Service.  The revised CAISO Transmission Planning BPM and the Draft MRTU Tariff language are posted at http://caiso.com/1bda/1bdab40d5960.html.

Main Text:  The CAISO will host its final half-day stakeholder meeting on November 14 to further discuss remaining issues related to the CAISO’s compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 890: Preventing Undue Discrimination and Preference in Transmission Service.  The revised CAISO Transmission Planning Business Practice Manual (BPM) and the Draft MRTU Tariff language are posted on the CAISO website at http://caiso.com/1bda/1bdab40d5960.html. 

 

FERC Order No. 890 requires that the CAISO make a compliance filing on December 21, 2007.

 

Stakeholders can submit written comments on the BPM and Tariff language to regionaltransmission@caiso.com both before and after the November 14 meeting, but no later than November 28, 2007.
