Business Practice Manual (BPM) for Scheduling Coordinator Certification and Termination, Effective Version (20-August-2007) covers the process that an applicant must complete in order to become a certified Scheduling Coordinator (SC) in CAISO. It also addresses ongoing responsibilities of a certified Scheduling Coordinator. In order to participate in the CAISO Market an entity must qualify as an SC. Agreements that must be filed during the process of becoming a certified SC in CAISO are cited and referenced. Effective Version to implement FERC ruling of 8/17/07.
