The California ISO (CAISO) Department of Market Monitoring (DMM) has posted a draft revised proposal on Bid Caps for Start-Up and Minimum Load bids. The DMM will present and discuss the proposal at the CAISO Market Surveillance Committee (MSC) meeting on August 10, 2007. Market Participants can also provide written comments to ehildebrandt@caiso.com by August 14, 2007.
