Existing Zone Generation Trading Hub Weights

Summary:

The following Trading Hub weights have been used in the CAISO's LMP Study reports to calculate Trading Hub LMPs, and in the CAISO's CRR Dry Run for analysis of the CRR allocation and auction processes. These data have previously been provided as part of the CRR Full Network Model, and the data below is edited to remove rows that contain only values of zero in all seasons and TOU periods. The calculation of these weights is described in the LMP Study 3C report for September 2004 conditions, which is available at http://www.caiso.com/1814/1814abd048fb0.pdf
