Summary:

The Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting (OMAR) system processes requests for meter data received from Market Participants (MPs) via the Energy Communications Network-File Transfer Protocol (ECN-FTP) interface. This custom FTP interface provides limited transfer capabilities designed to protect the sensitive meter data exchanged between the CAISO and MPs.
