Jack-Olinda occurs later Limited addition of transmission lines outside CAISO Integration of Local Market Power Mitigation in LMP Study (effective with May 2005 results) Additions to methodology will be described in detail in a supplement to LMP Study 3C’s “Description of Methodology”. Policy aspects will be discussed in other stakeholder meetings.
