Summary: The CAISO has posted the Regional
Marginal Loss Surplus Allocation Impact Study and LMP Study 3C reports for the
months of November and December 2004.
The LMP Study 3C results for the months of January through April 2005
will be posted by the close of business today. The CAISO will host a web conference
on April 20, 2007, to answer stakeholder questions on the MLS allocation study
and
the newly released LMP
Study 3C reports and results.

a web conference on April 20, 2007 to answer questions regarding the MLS
allocation study and the LMP study methodology and recently posted LMP Study
results. This web conference will
only cover questions regarding the MLS study and the LMP Study 3C reports and
will not be open to discussing policy issues that will be handled in other
forums (e.g., treatment of ECA/ACA functionality under MRTU). This meeting is
available by web meeting and teleconference as follows:

The CAISO will continue to produce
and make available monthly LMP Study 3C results. Going
forward the CAISO will no longer produce the monthly LMP Study 3C
Reports as analyzing the results and issuing monthly reports takes significant
time and resources that now have to be redirected to MRTU readiness and
implementation activities. This
change will allow the CAISO to release future LMP 3C Study results on a
more-timely basis. If you have any
