Summary:

This document defines the ASCII file format for exchanging data with the CAISO, Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting (OMAR) system. Meter data submitted or downloaded via OMAR-Online, FTP'd via OMAR’s ECN-FTP, and requested via OMAR's ECN-FTP will adhere to the following Comma Separated Value (CSV) format.
