2009-2011 Local Capacity Technical Analysis Report and Study Results. This Report provides a description of the 2009 and 2011 LCR Study objectives, inputs, methodologies and assumptions, and the important policy considerations that are presented by the study results.
The LCR requirements trend up by about 1%/year mainly due to load forecast increase. There are areas where already approved project will decrease the need. For comparison below you find the 2007, 2009 and 2011 total LCR requirements.
