I am concerned that due to limitations in the scope of CAISO jurisdiction all possible alternatives to SDG&E’s Sunrise Powerlink will not be evaluated equally. The IID/LADWP Green Path project is an example. It was not included in the information that you presented at the open house in Rancho Penesquitos. All alternatives must be considered equally whether CAISO has jurisdiction or not.
