Expected
Energy Data: On May
9, 2006, the ISO began posting expected energy data to SC workspaces to help SCs
validate Decremental Reference Price (DRP) rerun adjustments. The ISO provided this data as an interim
measure until the rerun validation CDs could be distributed. Due to file space issues, effective May
22, 2006, the ISO has removed the expected energy data from SC workspaces. We apologize for any inconvenience the
removal of these files may cause.
Please
refer to the May 12, 2006 Market Notice for the original announcement describing
the posting of validation data for the DRP Rerun, at http://www.caiso.com/17f4/17f4c2725d12.html.
Validation CDs:
Scheduling Coordinators will receive their first validation CD for the Post
Phase 1B time frame (October 1, 2004 to April 30, 3005) on June 6, 2006. The
four weeks dispute time for the Post Phase 1B timeframe ends on July 5,
2006.
The CD
for the Pre Phase 1B timeframe (January 20, 2004 to September 30, 2004) will be
sent out once the ISO has completed all the recalculations for that time frame,
and the four weeks dispute timeline shall commence when the SCs receive their
validation CD.
Billing
Inquiry Process: ISO has
elected to handle any billing issues through a Billing Inquiry process by e-mail
rather than through the ISO Settlement Dispute System (SDS). Scheduling Coordinators must submit
Billing Inquiries to: RerunInquiries@caiso.com. Billing Inquiries should contain the
same level of detail provided through the settlement dispute process, i.e.
detailed explanation of the issue and specific examples illustrating the
problem. One Billing Inquiry can be submitted for the entire date range impacted
by the issue, rather than separate inquiries for each trade
date.
