California ISO Market Notice: Legal and Regulatory, This is a reminder that, absent further direction from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Amendment 72 requirements for demand scheduling, forecasting and reporting apply to all Scheduling Coordinators. They are not limited to Load Serving Entities. The ISO will conduct a conference call to answer questions related to the Amendment 72 requirements for both Load Serving Entities and Generators on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
