Charge type 1210 is the adjustment account used by the ISO to re-allocate the Unaccounted for Energy (UFE), Neutrality, & Imbalance Energy Offset allocations to Existing Transmission Contract (ETC) deliveries over non-ISO grid facilities. CT 1210 was developed to address priority issue #5 that was identified in the Settlement Improvement Project (SIP). With this adjustment, the ISO re-allocates the UFE, Neutrality, and Imbalance Energy Offset amounts to ETC energy scheduled over non-ISO grid facilities.
